Louisiana braces for third hurricane strike this year as 'Zeta' approaches

Hurricane Zeta is expected to make landfall south of New Orleans, the largest city in Louisiana, Wednesday evening. It has weakened to a tropical storm, but is forecast to regain hurricane strength before making landfall.
